Charming stay with friendly vibes

The hotel staff were cute and eager to assist. I enjoyed the fresh breakfast daily, a pleasant surprise after previous stays elsewhere. The room was nothing messy.

The shower was quite compact, leading to an occasional splash on the bathroom floor. The location is a bit of a trek to the nearest metro station, so plan some extra walking time.

The venue is pleasant, clean and the location is excellent and absolutely perfect very close to two subway stations : San Sebastian, the Alfama and the Bairro Alto and the back garden. Make sure to get small single room with private bathroom, air conditioning, as example.

Nice hotel, clean room, staff was very nice and helpful. Location is in a pleasant residential area a bit away from the center, but with Metro and bus station nearby this is no problem. Some restaurants and pubs are also around.

Some rooms feature decent setups, clean bathrooms, and a basic breakfast with sausages, cheeses, breads, and fresh fruit.

Check-in caused significant delays, with guests experiencing long waits and trouble securing their rooms. Walls are paper thin, resulting in disrupted sleep from noise. Limited air conditioning controls made for uncomfortable temperatures. Showers were problematic, with water spraying everywhere due to poor fixture placement.

Clean, well run, halfway between the city center and the airport - good for one night on your way back home.

Location is a bit too far from where all the action is. The subway station is 10 min away + another 10 min to get to Baixa, Alfama or Barrio Alto.

Oh, where to begin! The lukewarm water ruined my shower experience, and the 'best' part? I couldn't even get upgraded to a better room given my high expectations. On top of that, the walls are paper thin, so listening to every corridor conversation just added to my displeasure. I almost thought I would enjoy my stay, but couldn't.

Its location really close to Center of Modern Art was perfect. A mall and a supermarket were right next door.

fine experience there. pleasant hotel with savoury food and perfect location close to another european capital as well as cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. generally the service was nice. had free wi-fi throughout the property.

The location is perfect, with easy access to public transportation and nearby parks. The staff is helpful, consistently providing everything we need, from fresh towels to laundry service. Our room is clean, spacious enough for our family, and comes with a lovely balcony to relax on after a day of exploring.

Location of this hotel is not very good for visiting historic Lisbon while it's perfect to stay in the city and to be out of touristic hive. It's easy to get to to the hotel by public transport or taxi from any part of the city which compensates it's location disadvantage.

Clean and quiet, but lacking Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception. Great laundry service!
